Preparing For Class

No experience necessary!

Refrain from eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class. A light snack is fine.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes.

Please bring a meditation blanket, towel or sarong for warmth during initial and final relaxation.

If you have one, please bring your own yoga mat to practice on, (check out shop for more details on purchasing a mat).

A yoga block or meditation cushion can help improve seated posture.
