On October 31st Rachel Giffin joined more than 100 yogini’s at the annual yoga exhibition in Olympia in a fundraising exercise.

On behalf of Pure Balance Yoga Rachel chose  to raise money for the Special yoga centre in Kensal Rise, a registered charity which provides yoga therapy to children with special needs.

To raise the funds Rachel performed 108 sun salutations – led by 12 renowned yoga teachers each leading 9 rounds.

After more than 2-hours of continuous sun salutations, having raised £490 for a thoroughly worthy cause, the challenge was completed relatively easily and Rachel would like to thank her very generous sponsors for their support.
